Summer season is knocking on the door and we can’t avoid to welcome it, as frankly we have no options. All we can do is to prepare our self. Tanning is a big problem of this season as we can’t sit at home all the time to avoid sun. Summer holidays always encourage us to go on beautiful beaches and enjoy life. Those trips always end up with lots of good memories but also tanning on skin, which may take more than a month to go. Many times a good sunscreen is not enough to prevent us from the sun-rays and we end up darken our skin tone. Here we are sharing some home remedies to remove tan naturally:
1.Potato & Lemon Juice: this combination do wonders on tanning. Just mix 1 spoon potato juice with equal amount of lemon juice and apply on your tan area and leave for 30 mins then rinse off with water.
2.Honey & Ripe papaya: Mix a cup of ripe papaya with 1 tablespoon of honey, apply the mixture on your tan skin, leave for 30 mins then wash with cold water.
3.Cucumber juice, lemon juice and rose water: mix three of these juices and dab on the tanned area and leave for 30 mins or more as it won’t hurt if applied for long.
4.Masoor daal,tomato and aloevera extract: take 1 table spoon of masoor daal, soaked and make a paste. Add equal amount of tomato juice and aloevera extract. Mix the ingredients and aplly on the tan skin. After 30 mins wash it off. You will surprise with the results.
5.sandalwood powder & coconut water: they both have cool tendency, so mix 1 tablespoon sandalwood powder with coconut water and apply all over the tanned area. Wash it off when it gets dry.
6.strawberries & milk cream: take 5-6 strawberries, crush them and mix 1 tablespoon milkcream and apply on the affected areas. It helps to remove tanning.
7.Gram flour, turmeric and yogurt: This combination is very effective on tanned area. Mix 2 tablespoon gram flour with 1 tablespoon of yogurt and add a pinch of turmeric. Apply the mixture on your skin and leave for 20 mins then wash it off.
8.Oatmeal and Buttermilk: mix 3 tablespoons of buttermilk in 2 tablespoon of oatmeal and gently massage in circular movement. Tada.
9.Orange juice & Yogurt: mix equal amount of orange juice and yogurt and apply on the tanned area .leave it for half an hour then wash it off.
10.Yogurt: whenever you come home in sunny days, always apply yogurt on your exposed areas like hands, neck, back. Yogurt works instantly on sunburnt skin.
